    This is a full-time position (40 hrs/wk) with a competitive wage of $44.92 per hour, plus vacation pay at 8.5%.     Reporting to the Library Director, the Manager of Finance & Facilities provides leadership for the planning, performance, and oversight of the financial and facilities requirements of the Library. This includes ongoing supervision of department staff members. Working as part of the Library’s Leadership Team, the Manager participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s strategic and operational activities, in keeping with the mission, values, and goals of the Prince George Public Library.

    Responsibilities require the exercise of considerable independence and interpretive judgement in both the creation and implementation of policies, plans, and procedures.
